Children Perform Doga. 10.11.2017

On November 10, 2017, a concert entitled ‘Children Perform Doga’ was held at the Chisinau Organ Hall. Students of the Rachmaninoffand, Porumbescu Musical Lyceums,Starcea Art School, and Eugen Doga Music School took part in the concert. Young musicians performed accompanied by the orchestra of the Rachmaninoff Music Lyceum conducted by IgorErsac.The concert was dedicated to Eugen Doga’s anniversary.

The concert was part of a series of concerts where children perform pieces by such classics as Mozart, Bach, and Chopin.

Young musicians performed Eugen Doga’s most famous works. Among the admirers of the young talent was Mrs. Natalia Doga, the composer’s spouse, who presented the school libraries with a set of Eugen Doga’s notes.

The tradition of holding concerts at the Organ Hall to promote young talent continues and demonstrates that we have a lot of truly gifted children and wonderful music teachers!
